If you were to pick up a paper today and the front page headline read, "Canada loses its entire coelition force deployed in Iraq!"Would you be horrified? Well maybe if you didnt know they have a grand sum of One (1) soldier you would. Now Bush must assume (he may be right on this one)that most Americans are Ignorant, self obsorbed, apathetic, uninformed idiots, for him to state in his speech on the state of Operation Iraqi Liberation (OIL) that there ia a willing coelition of 26 nations assisting the US. What he selectively leaves out is they combined have 5,000 troops. We only have 169,000! Here is a partial list: Turkey(1)NewZealand (1) singapore(1) Lithauaina (1)Canada, Our wonderful neighbor to the north (1)Japan stepped up though they sent (5) The only reason they even botherd was so Bush could say that country has sent troop(s) Its funny how he leaves the #s out when its not in his favor. THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED! I dont see any of the current collection of Bullshitters running for Pres as a cure! Please will someone with integrity, someone beyond reproach, step forward we need changes. Changes dont come from the top they start at the bottom.

I feel compelled to comment on the very sad story of the loss of the Benoit family. I have been in the Gym business for 25 years and can say I'm an expert on the abuse of steroids and its horrible effect on the user and those that come in contact with that user. The toxicology report done on Chris Benoit showed an elevated level of epitestosterone. That signifies that the body is trying adjust to an abnormal increase in testosterone. Which 99% of the time come from a bodybuilder, wrestler or athlete injecting it. Not to get too tech here because its the "Rage" part I'm going to talk about. Testosterone is the Male hormone that is produced in the testicles of male and gives a male his "manliness" It also is the hormone that give male there aggressiveness. The more testosterone the more aggressive. Other than certain medical reasons its taken illegally by individuals who desire to increase muscle mass. It is very successful at accomplishing that. Along with that comes an enormous risk to ones own health and in this case the health of his family. I have personally witness thousands(yes thousands in 25 yrs)of individuals who have against my preachings,(i only condone mind altering drugs )started down the dangerous path of steroid use, abuse, addiction and destruction. I have witnessed the sale ,injection, swallowing and endless uneducated babbling regarding how much, when, where and whys. I have also witnessed and experienced first hand its transforming effects both physical and emotional. I, though around it and even tempted early in my twenties to try them, luckily kept that list of drugs from my experimental drug cabinet.(It was pretty full all ready).I began to be able to detect a new user before his body showed the "Benefits". The signs start quickly with an increase in acne ,a blotting look which happens do to water retention a side effect usually of set by now adding diuretics to the mix. But, its the "look" in their eyes that always turn on the warning light for me. That rapid increase of Testosterone turn a normally quiet, polite and friendly member into THE MEMBER FROM HELL! That person is now a powder keg just waiting, and looking those EYES, for any person or reason to go off on. I have seen individuals that were very good at suppressing those signs, but that coiled spring was still there. Media has for years have shown cases of that person who was never in trouble suddenly snapping and out comes "Roid Rage" The effects are devastating. I witnessed two roid induced animals fight, in my parking lot thankfully not the gym floor, and will never forget the sight! It was like Godzilla and Rodin. It took 12 police to separate and restrain them. They where taken to separate hospitals were they both received medical attention. The part of this story that shows how bad Steroids can be. They walked in that day together as they did every day for the year or so they were members. They were training partners! Oh, and i almost forgot, they were also Brothers and both on mega doses of a cocktail of anabolic "Vitamins"!!!

Another example of Do as i say not as i do......The fact that our President feels Lewis "scooter" Libby's sentence was to harsh(so was Paris Hilton 21 days!)And therefore an acceptable commutation. The guideline for sentencing (Fed Guideline)is exactly what he recieved, no more no less. Why do Presidents think that Lying(misremembering)to the Grand jury is not such a big issue! Putting your hand on the bible and swearing to "Tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth"then promptly lying to the Gov. highest judicial court has become an Accepted behavior. I wonder how i(ave. citizen) would be treated if i obstructed justice, comprimised national security and lied(misremembered) to the grand jury, God and all of America???? I hope i never find out!Hey doesn't Lewis Libby sound like Loose lipps, thats what got him in trouble.
